Modern astrology has been heavily influenced by the psychological, esoteric and New-Age philosophies that have promoted and popularised astrology in the 20th century. This has led to a pretty intensive ‘re-writing’ of astrology, and a restriction of the area’s to which astrology is applied. The relation between astrology and profession can be seen on two levels: a personal level, in order to define one's professional route in life, and an organizational level, in order to improve the company's efficiency. Generally speaking, people believe that what they say or write is objective. That they can present the things how they really are, the real situations, the objective reality. But, is this true? Are we objective? No! I think we are not objective! Because every person represents some points of energy and is thinking and acting from the perspective and according with those points of energy.
